We asked about was Drug Testing.
After all, that is the reason 99% of you are visiting Pass Your Drug Test .com, right? Let the world know how you feel. Drug testing is legal invasion of privacy at its finest. Somehow this 2 billion dollar industry worked its way into corporate
America and there are no laws protecting the average working person. Say you were just jamming at a 311/Hoobastank concert the other night. You
didn't smoke any kind bud but were exposed to the second hand smoke.. Next day you
go to work and boom. Please come with me. We need to give you a
drug test. Almost everyone's thoughts are, "What the f**k? I
don't even smoke pot or use any drugs. I have to give you my piss or hair or blood so you can see if I am a drug user even though I worked for you for 12 years?" Than the panic starts to set in and you remember you were exposed to a very large amount of 2nd hand smoke last night. You know the rest.. Even though this poor guy never uses drugs, he has now failed his test and lost his job. Life trickles downhill from there. Maybe his wife leaves him. All this over a simple drug test.
And now they are going into supreme court for the right to drug test children in school!
And Although We Do Not Condone Children Using Drugs, We believe
this is going too far. Tell us how drug testing has impacted your life. Tell the world about how different drug testing products have worked or have not worked. Say whatever you think will help another person in this battle.
What is it that society deems so terrible about drugs, or should I say marijuana?
Is smoking a joint really that bad? Ever wonder why marijuana
isn't legal?
Is it illegal due to health reasons and an overall love of the fellow man?
Or is someone afraid of not making money from taxes because pot is easy to grow?
Some of the best marijuana growers only do it to make money.
This helps them to get mortgages and credit cards which enable them to live the
American dream. The problem here though is uncle Sam isn't
getting his 37% cut and it is too easy to hide because there are no paper trails. This brings in the whole legal aspect. Prisons, drug testing, swat teams, pictures in the paper, getting arrested.
