Police Make Multimillion-Dollar Marijuana Bust |

STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. (AP) Henry County police say they have discovered a drug cache of more than 700 pounds of marijuana at a home in Stockbridge. Authorities estimated its street value at $3.2 million. Henry police Capt. Jason Bolton says authorities seized a total of 712 pounds and arrested 37-year-old Emilio Medina and 28-year-old Miguel Martinez-Torres, who lived at the house. They also arrested Samuel Galvan, 46, of Forest Park; Manuel Nunez-Hernandez, 27, of Norcross; and Jorge Vargas-Valencia, 35, of Tijuana, Mexico. They're charged with marijuana trafficking and obstruction of an officer, and are being held in the Henry County Jail. |
