Crisis Capsules

No food or drink (except water) 12 hours prior to consuming capsules.
Start one hour before you need to be clean.
Take 10 capsules with 32 ounces of water on an empty stomach.
Wait 30 minutes and then take remaining 5 capsules with 8 ounces of water.
It is effective for up to 4 hours.

Helpful Hints
Urinate frequently while using this product.
Start drinking bottled water 2-3 hours prior to consuming capsules.
Avoid toxins at least 48 hours before your deadline.
Eat lightly, avoiding greasy foods or those that are high in fat.
Always urinate midstream.
