Shake well before use.
Start 1-1 ½ hours before needed.
Drink entire contents of bottle within a five minute time frame.
Wait 15 minutes, fill bottle with water and drink contents
within a five minute time frame.
Urinate 2-3 times in the hour you are waiting for product to begin working.

Helpful Hints:
Don’t eat or drink for 2-3 hours before taking product.
Always give sample midstream.
Don’t drink more water then specified.
