Return Policy
We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. Any item can be returned to us for any reason as long as you have the reference order number and the products are unopened with seals intact. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return:
1. We will accept returns on any item provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care center by calling toll-free 1-877-768-7300 or e-mailing a-z_enterprises@sbcglobal.net with the reason for your return.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s).
4. All returned items are subject to a 25% processing and handling fee.
Refund Policy
1. Requests for refunds must be accompanied by a certified toxicology report, we do not refund the cost of getting this report in the event there is a charge.
2. Refunds will only be granted based on positive results stated in a certified toxicology report after using the original product designed for that specific event. 5. We do not return shipping charges or lab fees on returned or failed test results.
